If you want step by step by step instruction with images on how to perform virtually all fluro procedures get the "Fundamentals of fluoroscopy" by Houston. This book explains pathologies rather than helping 1st year radiology residents with their early GI rotations.
This is a great book for people who really want to understand fluoroscopy and be able to recognize common and uncommon pathology. There is no need to have step-by-step instructions after you gain some basic experience.
This is a wonderful text from the same authors who previously brought us the most recent versions of Laufer's Double Contrast GI and Pollack's Clinical Urography. This much more accessible text should be a must-read for 1st and 2nd year radiology residents during their first months on the fluroscopy service. This also is a great quick reference for attending radiologists such as myself. The book covers basic anatomy, technique, tips and pitfalls, and a genereal review of the most common pathologies with lots of great examples.
